Given that the switch to Daylight Saving Time happens on the second Sunday in March, the 2020 time change will be the earliest possible, falling on March 8.
Remember to “spring forward” and set your clocks ahead one hour before you go to bed Saturday night, March 7, 2020.
We lose an hour of sleep, but “gain” an hour of daylight later in the evening.
The switch back to Standard Time happens on the first Sunday in November.
