CEDAR RAPIDS – Tickets go on sale Saturday, Jan. 24, 2015, for an event that fans of “The Bachelor” won’t want to miss.
Hy-Vee is holding a fundraising event on Thursday, Feb. 12 at the Cedar Rapids Marriott featuring this season’s “Bachelor,” Chris Soules, of Arlington, Iowa, as well as The Other Bachelors of Arlington, Iowa.
The group will be available for photos, autographs, a silent auction and a live date auction. The event also feature music, hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. All proceeds and calendar sales will go to the city of Arlington to help build their community center.
Tickets go on sale at www.eventbrite.com on Saturday, January 24 at 10 a.m. (Search for “Cocktails with Chris.”) General Admission tickets will be $20 and VIP tickets, which include a photo with Chris and a free drink, will be $40. Hy-Vee notes that the event is intended for guests ages 18 and older.
