Shade-loving hosta plants are under a bright spotlight in Cedar Rapids this week, during the American Hosta Society national convention.
With the theme of “Czech It Out,” the Harshbarger Hosta Society, which is hosting the event, is inviting the public, as well as conference-goers to take a look at the wide variety of hostas in the cut leaf display as well as the vendors showcase, both open to the public at the Cedar Rapids Marriott, 1200 Collins Rd. NE, where the convention is centered.
The convention runs from June 11 through June 14, 2014. Find the full schedule here and check out some of the scenes from the convention below:
