
IOWA CITY, Iowa — The Iowa State University Organic Agriculture Program’s Iowa Organic Conference is marking 25 years in 2025.
Set for Sunday, Nov. 16, and Monday, Nov. 17, in the Iowa Memorial Union at the University of Iowa, this year’s theme is “nourishing community through organic agriculture.”
Organized by the Iowa State University Organic Agriculture Program in 2000, the event is now the largest university-sponsored organic conference in the country.

Keynote speaker Bob Quinn
Keynote speaker for 2025 is Bob Quinn, an organic farmer from Montana and founder of the Quinn Institute, dedicated to research in support of organic farmers.
Early Registration ended Nov. 9, but late registration, which includes an organic lunch, is still available for $150 at: registration
Sessions include speakers on no-till farming and soil health; livestock production; transitioning to organic; robotics in farming; seed saving and more.
