The switch from Daylight Saving Time can be a bit frightening, with the thought of “losing” an hour of daylight looming ahead.

Just as it began this spring, on the earliest date possible, Daylight Saving Time is ending as early as it can this fall.

The switch to Standard Time happens on the first Sunday in November, so Nov. 1 is as early as it gets.

Be sure to “fall back” and set your clocks back one hour before you go to bed on Halloween night, Oct. 31, 2015.

We’ll switch back to Daylight Saving Time at 2 a.m., the second Sunday in March.
