Cindy Hadish, Homegrown

I’m looking forward to Saturday’s Winter Gardening Fair and hope to meet many of you at Kirkwood. I’ll be taking classes on Lawn & Garden Myths; Drought Superheroes; Blueberries and Vertical Gardening.

If you happen to be in any of those classes or see me elsewhere at the event, please say “hi” and I’ll try to do the same. I posted an update about enrollment on the previous item about the fair, but it’s worth repeating: even though Kirkwood has ended online enrollments, walk-ins will be taken the morning of the event – Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013. The $49 tuition includes a boxed lunch.

Track A sessions begin at 8:30 a.m., and though many classes are already full, some still have openings. Here are previous posts about class openings and some of the guest speakers.

I plan to take photos Saturday that I’ll post here, so check back this weekend for more from the Winter Gardening Fair!
