Gardens overflow, farmers’ markets buzz… what’s it time to do? Eat great local meals!

“This is an exciting time of year for co-ops – the bounty and diversity of local foods are at their peak in the Midwest,” said Jenifer Angerer, New Pi Marketing Manager. To raise awareness of our local bounty, New Pi’s sponsoring a local plate contest, benefiting local foods non-profit Field to Family.

Here’s how it works: Share a snapshot of a dish featuring local ingredients on Facebook or Instagram, and tag New Pi. For every post, you’ll be entered in a drawing for a $100 gift card, and New Pi will donate $1 to Field to Family! Limit one post per day, but feel free to enter every day!
